Information we collect

The Game does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or other directly identifying information to play.

The Game and the third-party services it uses may automatically process:

• device and advertising identifiers;
• basic device information (such as device model, operating system, and language);
• approximate location derived from your network (not precise GPS);
• your interactions with the ads shown in the Game.

Your game progress — coins, upgrades, unlocks, and best wave — is stored only on your own device. It is not sent to us and not shared with anyone. Deleting the Game deletes it.

How we use information

• to run, maintain, and improve the Game;
• to display and measure advertising;
• to understand performance and fix problems;
• to protect against fraud, abuse, and technical issues.

Advertising

The Game is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob, provided by Google, to select, deliver, and measure the ads shown in the Game. To do this, AdMob processes your device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with the ads you are shown.

This information is shared with Google and with Google's advertising partners, who may use it to serve ads that are more relevant to you and to measure how those ads perform. You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings. On Android this is under Settings → Privacy → Ads; on iOS it is under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, as described under Advertising above, we share device and advertising identifiers, approximate location, and ad interaction data with Google and its advertising partners so that they can serve and measure advertising. Under some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, this kind of sharing for targeted advertising is treated as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Game.

Children

The Game is rated for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. You can also control advertising and tracking through your device settings. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

International users

The Game is available globally, and information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to protect your information consistent with applicable law.
